GLASSBLOCK TILE GROUT

Davco GLASSBLOCK DUSTLESS is a dustless flexible tile grout with modified polymer. The Dustless technology reduces dust by 80% compared to a normal tile grout and is specially formulated to provide healthier working conditions.

Application

Application Information

Mixing ratio

0.16 - 0.18 litres of clean water per 1 kg bag of tile grout.

Ambient air temperature

min. +5°C - max. +35°C

 

Waiting time

Tile grout can be applied after 24 hours of tiling application.
Wait 24 hours before traffic.
Application steps

MIXING

  • Use mixing machine or hand-mix a 1 kg. bag with 0.25-0.27 litres of clean water until the compound is evenly distributed.
  • Leave to stand several minutes.
  • Only mix enough grout to cover 2 m2 at a time.

APPLICATION

  • Apply 24 hours after tilling.
  • Use a rubber float to fill the joint in diagonal motion.
  • Remove excess grout.
  • Make sure the grout is forced into the joint and not just sitting on the top.
  • Quick clean with a damp sponge.
  • Allow 2 hours before cleaning with a dry cloth.
  • Allow 24 hours before traffic.
