Assist Talent Manager to manage the end to end Talent Management/Recruitment process to attract top tier candidates, Training, Employee Relation & Communication aspect.

  • Talent Acquisition: work with manager to ensure that the right talent is hired promptly. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles. Handle the end-to-end process of recruitment from sourcing, review of resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinating of interviews, to onboarding / induction of candidate.
  • Talent Mapping: to support workforce planning and proactive recruitment efforts. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and building talent intelligence database on external talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Onboarding/ Induction: ensure all employee hired undergo the proper onboarding/ induction program. To welcome new employees, provide essential company and job information, and ensure they are equipped to start their roles confidently and successfully.
  • Internship Management: structured process of planning, sourcing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating an internship program within an organization. Its goal is to create a mutually beneficial experience for both the intern and the company by offering real-world experience, skills development, and potential recruitment opportunities.
  • Employer Branding: contribute to employer branding efforts via job fairs, social media, and networking events. Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions.
  • Organizational Development: support manager in optimizing organizational structures and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration to improve the performance of the employee. They may also support initiatives like employee training or development programs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Smart Recruiter (recruitment tracking HRIS software). Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: While more strategic, it still ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, reducing the risk of legal issues related to employment practices.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or relevant
  • Minimum 8 years and above of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment/ Development with proven track record.
  • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications;
  • Familiar with the Employment Act and Government Statutory Regulations will be added advantage.
  • Familiar with HRIS software will be added advantage.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
  • High integrity, professional and committed to add value to the team.

Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd currently employs more than 400 people in Sales & Marketing, Technical Service, Finance, HR & Administration, Laboratory, Production, Purchasing, Customer Service and Warehouse.
