Sika Thailand helps to absorb carbon dioxide by increasing of mangrove forest. We aware and understand the importance of mangrove forest planting which can offset carbon footprint. Mangrove forests are excellent carbon sinks, or absorbers of carbon dioxide, a good way to reduce global warming.

The Mangrove Plantation Project is a continuation of the project since 2019, which was established to instill awareness of nature conservation and understand current environmental problems.150 mangrove trees that can adsorb 0.35 tons of carbon dioxide per 100 square meters and help strengthen the ecosystem. In addition to increase greenhouse gas absorption sources, alleviate global warming problems, conserve the breeding and habitat of aquatic animals and prevent the threat from monsoon waves.
