Usage

Sika® Clean-20 is used to remove hardened concrete and mortar from equipment, concrete mixers, ready-mixed trucks and tools.

Acid based liquid

Shelf life

24 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged, original, sealed packaging.

Storage conditions

Store in cool and ventilated places. The store floor should be acid resistant coated, and the product must be kept in a pit-area to avoid leakages to the drain.

Application

Application steps

APPLICATION

Sika® Clean-20 is liberally applied over the contaminated surface and left to work 10-15 minutes. More than one application and left to work might be
required in case long time and more contaminated. Must be applied 1-3 times and left 1 night for penetrated and reacted with left of concrete on surface. All dissolved deposits should be washed or brushed away using clean water. In the case of ready-mixed truck, frequent rotation of the drum mixer will facilitate uniform cleaning.
