Sika® Antisol® E White

White Pigmented Curing Compound

A liquid curing compound for the prevention of premature water loss in concrete. Ready for use and simple to apply.

Sika® Antisol® E White provides the following benefical properties to concrete surfaces :
  • Reduce incidence of plastic cracking
  • Ensures achievement of desired strengths
  • Minimises shrinkage
  • Reduce dusting
  • Alleviates other costly methods such as using wet hessian or watering

Usage

Sika® Antisol® E White pigment is sprayed onto newly concrete surfaces to form a thin film barrier against premature water loss. Without disturbance to the normal setting action, the concrete is then allowed to cure and achieve maximum properties. It is particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete where a solar reflective membrane is preferred, such as :
  • Highways
  • Runways and taxiways
  • Aprons and hardstandings

Application steps

APPLICATION

Stir well before use !
Sika® Antisol® E White has been designed for spray application to the newly laid concrete. A thin film of Sika® Antisol® E White is applied to the whole surface using a hand or spray gun.

Remaining Antisol® films have to be removed prior to application of any screed or coating. After application the treated are must be protected from rain for at least 2 – 3 hours.
