Usage

  • Sikafloor® ColourSeal PRO is suitable for applications over surfaces with dry shake floor hardeners it is also suitable for application over of epoxy floor and PU screeds.
  • Anti-dust treatment and improvement of the abrasion resistance of existing concrete surfaces.
  • Suitable for exterior and interior application
  • Economic coloured coating material

Application steps

MIXING

Mixing Time: min 3 minutes.
Mixing Tool: Electric stirrer with low speed (~300 rpm).

APPLICATION

0.05 - 0.15 kg / m² per coat. All applications 1-2 coats.
This figure is theoretical and does not include for any additional material required due to surface porosity, surface profile ,variations in level or wastage etc.
Application by brush roller or airless epoxy. If apply in a continuous even film by airless spray unit. The suitability of spraying equipment must be confirmed by trials. To achieve the highest visual aesthetics and performance, a second coat is recommended. Wait for first coat to dry 4 hours (at 30°C ) before.applying second coat.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.
