Approx. 2 kg of powder for one litre of mortar.
For 1 m³ of mortar approx. 75 x 25 kg bags and 280 litres of water.

1. The quantity of water used depends on the consistency required.
2. Mixing should be carried out as follows by machine mix with recommended speed at 500 rpm.
3. Mixing time : at least 3 minutes or required consistency is obtained.
4. Leave the mixture to stand for 1 – 3 minutes.
5. Do not add water after mixing.

Sealing

1. In case of large hole, micro-concrete should be used. Use rod or strap to assist the flow of grout if needed.
2. Diameter of hole must not exceed 50-60 mm.
3. Damp the area prior to application.
4. Position the material in the hole and cast the mortar.
5. Pour material into prepared area until completely filled.

Micro-concrete

For thickness over 30 mm, Sika FastFix®-430 Road TH should be used as a micro-concrete.

Micro-concrete is made up by adding 10-20 litres of clean, damp 3/8 aggregate for each 25 kg bag of Sika FastFix®-430 Road TH.

Repairs to industrial floor, concrete walkway and road

1. Cure the concrete and formwork with clean water.
2. Remove the residual water prior to application.
3. Pour material into prepared area until completely filled.
4. Use rod or strap to assist the flow of grout if needed.
5. Smooth the surface with a trowel.

Sika FastFix®-430 Road TH cures with low shrinkage. To prevent premature drying out of the mortar, keep it moist if exposed to strong sunshine and wind. Standard curing methods are recommended.

Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened mortar can only be removed mechanically.
