QUALITY TILE ADHESIVE FOR PORCELAIN AND GRANITO TILE

SikaTile®-350 Performance is a standard cement-based tile adhesive with polymer-modified as a single component, pre-packed tiling adhesive mortar combining cement with selected grades of sand and several additives. Only requires the addition of water.

Usage

  • Perfect for granito tiles up to 90x90 cm on interior floor and wall installation.
  • Can be used for large-sized granito tile for exterior floor installation only.
  • General ceramic tile. Both interior and exterior floor and wall installation.
  • Substrates: Cement. It is also suitable for tiling onto waterproof membranes in wet areas.

Note : 

1. This is an average calculation. Actual usage may differ from the estimate. Due to the different surface conditions. Surface absorption and the purpose of the individual's use.

2. For tile sizes larger than 40x40 cm, apply tile adhesive on the surface and a very thin layer on the back of the tile.
Application steps

MIXING

  • Mix SikaTile®-350 Performance 20 kg with 4.8 - 5.6 liters of clean water with an electric mixer until the compound is evenly distributed.
  • Allow the mixture to stand for 2 - 3 minutes for a good reaction and reduce air bubbles before using the adhesive.

APPLICATION

  • Spread tile adhesive by using a notched trowel onto the substrate.
  • Fix tile on tile adhesive and knock it over with a

    rubber hammer.

  • Dual bonding should be applied when the tile size exceeds 25 cm x 25 cm. Apply a thin layer of tile adhesive onto the back of the tile, then fix the tile onto the adhesive substrate.
  • Once the tiles have been laid, leave them to stand for 24 hours or until the tile adhesive is dry before grouting with SikaTile Tile Grout.
