SikaTile®-860 TG Epoxy is tile grout and tile adhesive two components, specially formulated with 100% solid epoxy grout, hardener, and special additives with very high performance. It offers maximum protection against staining and chemical damage. It is suitable for immersed water areas

Note: Waste will occur according to actual field performance including working method, skill, and site condition.
MIXING
- Use a power drill with a mixing paddle at a slow speed of 200-500 rpm.
- Mix SikaTile®-860 TG Epoxy part A and B with a power drill until the compound is evenly distributed, lump-free, and a thick creamy paste is achieved.
- Ensure to scrape the bottom and sides of the
container during mixing.
- SikaTile®-860 TG Epoxy should be used within 30 minutes after mixing. (depends on working
temperature)
APPLICATION
- Wait 24 hours after tilling before applying tile grout
- Use a rubber trowel to fill the joint in a diagonal
motion
- Wipe off excess grout
- Ensure the grout is pressed into the joints and not just sitting on top
- After grouting for 30 minutes, wipe away excess grout with a damp sponge with water.
- Remove surplus material from the face of the tiles with a dry cloth.
- Leave it dry for a minimum of 24 hours before light foot traffic and it will complete cure within 7 days.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Remove SikaTile®-860 TG Epoxy from tools,
equipment, and tiles with clean water immediately after the application.

Recommended trowel size:
- Trowel size 3 mm, suitable for tile size <10x10 cm.
- Trowel size 6 mm, suitable for tile size between 10x10 to 30x30 cm.
- Trowel size 9 mm, suitable for tile size >30x30 cm.
