THIN TO LARGE JOINTS TILE GROUT

DAVCO GRANITO TILE GROUT DUSTLESS is dustless grout, polymer modified, for thin to extra thin joints 0.5-2 mm. The Dustless technology reduces dust by 80% compared
to a normal tile adhesive and is specially formulated to provide healthier working conditions.

Waste will be occured according to actual field performance including working method, skill and site condition.
Application steps

MIXING

  • Hand-mix 1 kg. bag with 0.33 litres of clean water until the compound is evenly distributed.
  • Leave to stand several minutes.
  • Only mix enough grout to cover 2 sq.m. at a time.

APPLICATION

  • Allow 24 hours after tilling.
  • Use a rubber float to fill the joint in diagonal motion.
  • Remove excess grout.
  • Make sure the grout is forced into the joint and not just sitting on the top.
  • Quick clean with a damp sponge.
  • Allow 2 hours before cleaning with a dry cloth.
  • Allow 24 hours before traffic.
