LANKO 101 PARENDUIT

a ready-to-mix interior & exterior wall and ceiling skimcoat

LANKO 101 PARENDUIT is a skim smoothing rendering paste to be mixed with cement or gypsum for levelling uneven surfaces and filling small bubbles in concrete surfaces. A smooth surface is obtained by eliminating blemishes such as grooves, seams and rock pockets.

Application steps

MIXING

  1. Mix LANKO 101 PARENDUIT 1 kg with cement 0.7 kg to 1 kg (white or grey) or gypsum until the product is evenly distributed. Do not add any water
  2. The substrate cement or gypsum must not be dry to prevent the slump and mixing problem for the best product quality.
  3. Mixing should be carried out as follows: In case of small quantity, use small paddle to mix at least 3 minutes. For big quantity, the machine is recommended with a speed at 500 rpm. Mixing time: at least 3 minutes or required consistency is obtained.
  4. Leave the mixture to stand for 1 - 3 minutes.
  5. Different cement brands may have the different color result. Test before actual application. Final color result depend on selected cement and quantity of mixing cement.

APPLICATION

  1. Apply a first coat of mixed product with a trowel.
  2. Apply a minimum of 2 coats : the first coat is used for level the substrate and the second to finish. More coats can be applied to meet the required thickness or texture.
  3. If there are too many porous on the substrate, apply first coat to fill those areas first. Then the other layers will be easier and quicker.
  4. Allow a sufficient drying time between the coats for 10 - 45 minutes.
  5. Can use sand paper no.380 to polish the surface.
  6. Allow 3 - 7 days before applying covering material.
