READY TO USE WALL AND CEILING FLEXIBLR SKIMCOAT FOR INTERIOR & EXTERIOR DEFECTS

LANKO® 104 Skimcoat Flex is a high performance and ready-to-use flexible skim smoothing rendering , white color paste for levelling uneven wall/ceiling surfaces and repairing defects on concrete or render surfaces such as small bubbles, grooves, seams, fine cracks or aggregate effect. It can be applied on both  exterior or and interior surfaces with good adhesion and weathering resistance, perfectly smooth finish, high flexible, no crack, no chalk and can be sanded and paintable.

Usage

LANKO® 104 Skimcoat Flex is suitable for interior and exterior application to cover wall and ceiling area on various substrates such as masonry wall, precast concrete panel, fiber concrete, fiber cement, gypsum or drywall. Especially suitable design for covering on epoxy-polyurethane joint filler, Sikadur®-61 Epoxy PU Joint.

Application steps

MIXING

Ready-to-use paste. No water must be added.

 

APPLICATION

  1. Apply LANKO 104 Skimcoat Flex  1st coat with stainless trowel.
  2. A minimum of 2 coats are required to obtain a satisfactory surface.
  3. Allow sufficient drying time for 60 - 120 minutes so that is not drawn off while applying 2nd coat.
  4. Use sand paper to obtain a smooth finish after 16-24 hours.
  5. Allow 24 hours curing time before applying covering  material.
  6. Clean tools and equipment with detergent and water.
