Component A : Grey powder combining hydraulic cement, mineral filler and admixtures
Component B : White liquid contain of resins in aqueous dispersion

12 months from the date of production If stored properly in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging.

Store in dry condition and protected from direct sunshine.

1. The 2 components must be mixed using a slow speed machine mixer (300-500 rpm).
2. Follow the instructions below to ensure a homogenous mixture:
   - Pour ¾ of the resin into a suitably-sized container.
   - Add the powder gradually while mixing in order to obtain a plastic consistency
   - Add the rest of the liquid and mix for 3 minutes.
3. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

1. LANKO® 226 Flex can be applied by hand with a brush or trowel.
2. Apply a 1st coat allowing a rough but reasonable quantity of 1.5 to 2 kg/m².
3. The 2nd coat can be applied after a drying period of 2 to 6 hours (temperature dependent), allowing a quantity of 1.5 to 2 kg/m².
4. The total thickness of the covering should be approximately 2 mm, and never less than 1.5 mm.
5. Mortar must be used within 40 min of preparation (at 25°C).

REINFORCEMENT

• For substrates subject to micro-cracking, the 1st coat should be reinforced with LANKO GLASS FIBER MESH.

SUITABLE COVERING MATERIALS

• LANKO® 226 Flex can be covered with tiles within a period of 3 days minimum to 7 days maximum after application of the final coat (bonded with tile adhesive, DAVCO SUPER TTB or DAVCO ULTRAFLEX) or a cement mortar screed.
• High-traffic areas should be protected against abrasion.
• Reservoirs and tanks can be filled after 7 days drying time.
