SikaTile®-630 TG Wide Gap

PREMIUM CG2WA CEMENTITIOUS TILE GROUT

SikaTile®-630 TG Wide Gap is a CG2WA polymer-modified premixed colored tile grout with water-repellency properties. It provides active protection against bacteria, algae, fungi, or black mold, which can cause stains or deterioration of the grouting.

Usage

  • Grouting the joints for most general types of tiles
  • Grouting gaps from 1 to 6 mm width

  • Especially used in damp areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, balconies, and other residential or common areas

Application steps

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

MIXING

Mix 1 kg. bag of SikaTile®-630 TG Wide Gap with 0.33 - 0.34 liters of clean water until the product is evenly distributed. Let it stand for several minutes. Re-stir

before using. Only mix enough grout to cover 2 sqm. at a time.

APPLICATION

  • Wait 24 hours after tilling before applying tile grout.
  • Use a rubber trowel to fill the joint in a diagonal

    motion.

  • Wipe off excess grout.
  • Ensure the grout is pressed into the joints and not just sitting on top.
  • Quickly clean with a damp sponge.
  • Allow 2 hours before cleaning with a dry cloth.
  • Allow 24 hours before allowing traffic.

Recommended trowel size:

  • Trowel size 3 mm, suitable for tile size <10x10 cm.
  • Trowel size 6 mm, suitable for tile size between 10x10 to 30x30 cm.
  • Trowel size 9 mm, suitable for tile size >30x30 cm.
