Ajinomoto Group is a well known Japanese food manufacturer with various product lines such as seasonings, instant noodles, beverages. Nong Khae (Saraburi) Factory, one of the factories in Thailand and the largest high quality food production bases of the company in Asia was established in 2005 with its first product manufacturing, “RosDee®” flavor seasoning powder and “RosDeeMenu®” and expanded in 2018 for new MSG production line, “RosDee cube”.
Project requirements
The client required the type of floor which provides a long life solution and a slip-resistant floor surface with HACCP certified.
Sika solution
We offered Sikafloor® PurCem®, medium to high strength coloured polyurethane modified, cement and aggregate with an aesthetic, smooth textured aggregate surface providing slip resistance at 4 mm thickness. The product also has good charactersitics of a resistant to high temperature and thermal shocks, safe to use, easy to clean and maintenance with HACCP certified.
