SikaTile®-950 Care Cleaner is a general is general purpose cleaner designed for routine maintenance of showers, bathrooms, and other tile/stone/masonry installations. It safely and easily removes mold and mildew, as well as mineral deposits, hard water, and rust stains.

Usage

SikaTile®-950 Care Cleaner is ideal for stripping grout haze, cement/mortar smears, and efflorescence from new and renovated construction. It is suitable for interior or exterior use over vertical or horizontal surfaces.
  • Ceramic tile and mosaic.

Application steps

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Before starting the application, always use a small test area to verify compatibility and results in an inconspicuous area, put 2–3 drops of SikaTile®-950 Care Cleaner on the surface, and let dry.

Examine the surface for discoloration/shading, staining, dulling, etching, or other problems. If results are satisfactory, proceed with preparation by vacuuming or brooming all areas to remove loose dirt and debris, saturate grout joints, cement plasters/stucco, and

porous tile/stone with clean water before starting the application.

 

MIXING

The product is ready to use and there is no need to mix it with anything else.

APPLICATION

  1. Mask, eyewear, safety shoes, rubber gloves, and

     other appropriate skin protection shall be always

     worn.

  1. Apply SikaTile®-950 Care Cleaner appropriately over the stain. Allow 10-15 minutes without letting it dry because it will hardly remove the stain.
  2. Use a scrub brush to clean the stain.
  3. Rinse well with clean water.
  4. Repeat steps for stubborn stains, heavy soil, or old/thick cement smears.
  5. Clean tools and equipment with detergent and water

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Rinse/clean all tools and equipment with lots of water.
