Sika Thailand firmly believe in the power of sharing and giving back to our community. We have continuously financial supported “Operation Smile Thailand Foundation” to conduct the medical mission since 2014. This project providing free treatment to underprivileged children and adults who address facial deformities such as cleft lip, cleft palate and burns.
In 2023, Sika Thailand donated to “Operation Smile Foundation” 2 million baht and participated in mobile medical mission 2 times in 2 provinces. The first time, Phayao Province at Phayao Hospital during February 6-9, 2023 and the second time, Tak province at Mae Sot Hospital during November 5-10, 2023. Sika Thailand’s volunteers also contributed by supporting non-medical mission and providing blanket pillows and essential items to patients.
Since 2014 until now, Sika Thailand has continuously supported Operation Smile Foundation under the project "SikaCares" with our hearts. It's all about sharing and we believe that a smile can change the world.
The result from this medical mission is 158 patients are screened and 107 patients receives surgery or treatment. Thank you to the medical team and Sika's volunteer team who are part of bring children’s smiles and them new lives and a new future.
