WELL Building Standard™
The WELL Building Standard™ is a globally recognized framework dedicated to enhancing health, well-being, and quality of life for building occupants. It applies to a wide range of facilities such as hospitals, shopping malls, offices, schools, and large residential complexes. Developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), it is grounded in scientific and medical evidence, integrating building design with human health in a systematic way.

- Prevent lifestyle-related chronic illnesses such as allergies, stress, and physical inactivity
