Sika (Thailand) Co., Ltd. has cooperated with communities, schools, foundations and organizations throughout its operations in Thailand to provide support in various projects continually causing happiness to the community and sustainable society. The project “Toilet for Children” is the one of project that Sika Thailand provide financial support, our products and volunteers to build new toilets for underfunded schools enabling students, teachers, and personnel to have clean, hygienic, safe and adequate restrooms for use.
Summary of project operation in 2021
In 2021, Sika Thailand provided financial support 2,500,000 Bath to construct 22 toilet rooms with sizing 8 x 12 meter for 4 underfunded schools in Chonburi Saraburi and Lopburi provinces. Furthermore we provided Sika’s products such as SikaTop® -107 Seal TH, Davco TTB Plus, Davco Extra plus, Sikasil -129 Kitchen & Bathroom and Lanko Loft in construction. and 143 volunteers participated in the waterproofing, wall decoration and tiling while the contractor works in the structural part.
The four schools that have been selected to build toilets are as follows:
- Ban Thammarat School
Botong district, Chonburi province - Ban Nong Song Hong School
Phanat Nikhom district, Chonburi province
- Ban Nong Khaem School
Mueng Lopburi district, Lopburi province
- Wat Nayao School
Phra Phutthabat district, Saraburi province
